Project Manager | Infosys
Experienced Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across diverse business domains. Accountable for project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Collaborates with global cross-functional teams, clients, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to Infosys delivery processes, governance, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide status reports to leadership.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and on-time delivery.
Tools & Technologies: JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid Project Delivery Models.
