Job Description
Intermediate PA 1 and PA 2 Business/Tech Projects BAU, Tier 5 and PRC C and D.
Skillsets/Experience
Software: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (must haves), Clarity and SharePoint(Nice to Have), assume that candidates would have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Hard Skills: Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid), Project Monitor and Control Activities (Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management, Financial Management etc.)
Soft Skills: Clear Communication, managing stakeholders, ability to work with ambiguity/limited direction, ability to work independently
Key Role Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
RAID log management Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log
Reporting support consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests)
Interdependency Management support consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project
