We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneswar, specializing in retail outlet development, petrol pump infrastructure , and third-party civil inspections . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industr y projects and demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, site execution capability, and inspection experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, execution, and supervision of civil works related to petrol pump construction and pipeline installation as per client standards and specifications.
Oversee site preparation, foundation work, canopy erection, and underground tank installation.
Manage pipeline trenching, laying, testing, and commissioning.
Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption records, and project documentation.
Conduct quality checks and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Handle site measurements, BOQs, and billing work.
Lead and supervise third-party inspections to ensure project quality, adherence to safety and design standards.
Coordinate with TPI agencies for material testing, structural audits, and civil compliance checks.
Provide comprehensive TPI reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Ensure adherence to statutory norms and oil company standards during civil construction phases.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E /B.Tech(3 years) OR Diploma(5 Years) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience in civil engineering works, specifically in petrol pump/retail outlet construction and pipeline infrastructure .
Sound knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and quality control.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
