Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end customer journey mapping across onboarding, payments, lending, and servicing.
- Design intuitive, mobile-first user experiences and optimise conversion funnels.
- Drive personalization through behavioural insights, nudges, and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, CRM, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Analyze user behavior and journey metrics to continuously improve engagement and experience.
Requirements:
- 6-12 years of Product Management or UX-led experience in Fin-tech, BFSI, Payments, or Consumer Apps.
- Strong expertise in journey mapping, funnel optimisation, personalization, and analytics.
- Experience with tools like Figma, CleverTap/MoEngage/WebEngage, Tableau/Power BI, and API tools (Postman/Swagger).
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
