Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Product-Led Growth strategy
- Improve user activation, engagement, retention, and conversion using product insights
Design and optimize:
- Freemium / free-trial experiences
- In-product onboarding flows
- Feature adoption journeys
- Partner closely with:
- Product Managers
- Engineering
- Design
- Marketing & Sales
- Run A/B tests and experiments on product features and user flows
- Define and track PLG metrics such as:
- Activation rate
- Time-to-value (TTV)
- Product Qualified Leads (PQLs)
- Expansion revenue
- Use user behavior data to identify friction points and growth opportunities
- Drive self-serve revenue and reduce dependency on sales-led motions
