Job Title: Product Advisor Telesales
Location: Chennai
Experience: 6+ Months (Telesales/Outbound Sales)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Role Overview
Drive sales by connecting with prospective customers, promoting premium membership plans, and converting leads into paid members through effective consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
- Pitch and sell premium membership plans.
- Convert free users into paid customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
