We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Product Advisors to join our telesales team in Kochi.

Role: Telesales – Product Advisor

As a Product Advisor, you will connect with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, guide them on the right Shaadi.com membership/product, and help convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Shaadi.com products and membership plans.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and membership options clearly.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 5 years of experience in telesales/sales can apply.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2C sales, or customer-facing sales roles are preferred.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated individuals.
• Willingness to build a career in sales.

Work Schedule

• 6 Days Working
• Fixed Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
• No Night Shifts
