About the Role

Shaadi.com is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Advisors to join our Retail Sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their matchmaking needs, and guide them toward the most suitable premium membership plans. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right life partner while achieving individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers from assigned leads and present Shaadi.com Premium Membership plans.
• Convert free members into paid premium members through effective consultative selling.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership packages.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the retail center (where applicable).
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Participate in regular training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, outbound sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
• Bangalore: English + Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Hindi (any one preferred)
• Chennai: English + Tamil (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric approach.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Work Location: Shaadi.com Retail Centres – Bangalore & Chennai

Working Hours: Full-time (Week-off as per business requirements)
