Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hygiene-conscious Private Chef for a residence in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic South Indian home-style meals and should be comfortable working in a private residential environment with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
• Cook authentic South Indian cuisine, with preference for Tamil, Kerala, and Karnataka-style dishes.
• Plan daily menus based on household preferences and requirements.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
• Manage grocery requirements and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.
• Maintain proper food storage and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Prepare special meals for guests or occasions as required.
• Follow household routines and maintain a professional approach.

Language Requirements

• Tamil and/or Malayalam preferred.
• Kannada knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills for smooth coordination.
