Quality Assurance Executive
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Executive to support quality control across vendor manufacturing setups for our private label business. In this role, you will work closely with vendor partners to ensure production quality, SOP adherence, and food safety compliance across operations.
What Youll Do
- Visit vendor manufacturing units to monitor production and quality standards
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and food safety standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections
- Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with vendors to improve processes and maintain consistency
- Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished goods quality
- Maintain audit reports, documentation, and compliance records
- Investigate quality issues and support timely resolution
- Work closely with category, operations, and supply chain teams
- Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
What Were Looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and audit experience
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on and process-oriented approach
