Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence models and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver scalable AI-driven products that address complex business challenges. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise as well as the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI models and architectures to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Drive research and stay updated on latest AI trends and technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on AI best practices.
- Oversee deployment, scaling, and performance optimization of AI systems in production environments.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products in a production environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing.
- Experience in AI ethics, fairness, and governance.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and MLOps pipelines.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field
