We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead and design scalable, high-performance Java applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture strategies, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices are implemented throughout the software lifecycle.

Design and develop scalable and maintainable Java-based architectures.
Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Define coding standards, frameworks, and best practices to be adopted across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve product performance and scalability.

10 to 15 years of experience in Java application development and architecture.
Strong experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
Excellent understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proven track record of leading complex software projects and architecture design.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.

Salary range: 20,00,000 to 35,00,000 INR per annum.
