Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop advanced AI workflows using Python
- Build and maintain scalable for structured and unstructured data embedding pipelines
- Implement solutions using vector databases semantic search
- Develop AI-driven over structured datasets summarization, analytics, and insight generation
- Design and implement (multi-step reasoning, tool usage, autonomous workflows) Agentic AI systems
- Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world applications
- Ensure production-readiness: performance optimization, monitoring, evaluation, and cost control
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- 4+ years of strong Python development experience (production-grade systems)
- Hands-on experience with: LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, open-source LLMs)
- Embedding models and vector search pipelines
- Strong knowledge of data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Experience building AI-driven summarization and insight extraction systems
- Experience with Agentic AI architectures (multi-agent systems, tool calling, workflow automation)
- Solid understanding of evaluation, prompt engineering, and model optimization
