Job Summary
Job Title: Team Member. Location: Pune. Experience: 1-3 years.
Responsibilities - Execute data management activities within the Product Validation (PV) framework.
- Analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings for design and process planning.
- Contribute to BIW process planning and support equipment ordering activities.
- Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and conduct process simulations.
- Facilitate project and process feedback and feedforward mechanisms between internal and external stakeholders, including TML and FIAT.
- Develop concept designs for Geo stations, Re-spot fixtures, and Grippers.
- Perform 3D finishing, 2D detailing, and conduct quality checks on designs.
- Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Support the team with technical insights and contribute to problem-solving.
- Gain exposure to and understand Welding Lines Process Layout, including Spot Welding and ARC welding.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an engineering, design, or process planning role, preferably within the automotive sector.
