Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager E-Commerce to manage and scale KasaCore’s paid advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on improving marketplace visibility, driving sales, and optimizing advertising performance.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, proactive, and eager to experiment and execute new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend for better ROAS, ACOS, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and search-term analysis.
• Monitor campaign, product, and keyword performance and take corrective actions.
• Identify and scale high-performing campaigns, products, and keywords.
• Test new targeting strategies, campaigns, keywords, and ad formats.
• Analyze competitors and identify new advertising opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketplace Manager to improve product visibility, rankings, and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Explore new e-commerce advertising opportunities and platforms.
• Manage Meta/Google Ads when required.
