Requirements

Required Technical Skill Set

Pega CSSA certified in Pega 7.x or later. Must have a sound understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies. Should possess hands on development experience on Activities, Data.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Candidate should have hands-on Pega development experience of 5+ years
• Must be Pega CSSA certified in Pega 7.x or later.
• Should have a sound understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies
• Should possess hands on development experience on Activities, Data Transforms, Decision & Declarative rules, User interfaces, Flows, etc.
• Must have a sound understanding of integration using REST services
• Must have experience in Production deployment/implementation and Support
• Atleast 1 Pega Framework experience required. Smart Dispute experience desirable
• Pega Cloud experience is desirable.

Good-to-Have

• Must be aware of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Should be able to work in fast-paced work environment.
• Should be quick learner and effective team player.
• Should be self-motivated and able to guide lesser experienced team members.
