•Responsive & Accessible Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
•Technical Skills: Experience with Pega development tools and concepts, such as UI implementation reviews, debugging, and design systems.
•Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
•Agile Development: Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
•Pega Certification: Pega certifications are often a plus.
