Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4–14 years of experience. This is a Work From Office (WFO) position located in Kochi. The role requires strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, process automation, and API integrations is crucial. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as application deployment and release management, is also expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Build and enhance custom applications, integrations, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with administrators and business stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, including documentation and test class development.
• Manage release cycles and support deployments across environments.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and platform scalability.

Requirements

• 4–14 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and configurations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in application deployment, release management, and code migration activities.

Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
