Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features according to business requirements. You will manage releases and ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Strong understanding of packaged application development methodologies.

Experience with system integration and API management.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
