Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.



Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.

Experience in customizing and extending packaged or software as a service applications using low-code platforms.

Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.

Ability to manage application lifecycle including configuration, deployment, and release management.

Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.

Understanding of system compatibility and performance considerations in cloud-based environments.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
