Operations Manager - Telugu

• Prior experience of production in Telugu film or television industry as Line producer or Executive Producer.

• Must have passion for films and be devoted to the craft of storytelling for divergent audiences.

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment with exceptional attention to detail and film production management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu.

• Must be a team-player; strong interpersonal skills with an ability to lead teams, demonstrate collaborative problem solving abilities and good at multi-tasking.

• Right mix of skills and creativity, good judgement, ability to handle pressure and must be a fast learner.

• Should be Computer-savvy and working knowledge of any budgeting and scheduling software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities (Include but not limited to the below):

• Oversee every stage of the film production process from script through post production.

• Partner with internal stakeholders i.e. screenplay writers, directors, creative teams etc. for establishing film production schedules.

• Assess key talent requirements; facilitate the hire of promising actors and film crew.

• Oversee resource management in various stages of content creation across genres.

• Ensure high quality, on-time delivery and on-budget execution of film-production.
