Job Description
Handling Dialysis centres and ensuring quality Hemodialysis to every patient
1) Coordinating with civil surgeons, Nodal Officers and RMO for better functionality of dialysis units.
2) Supervising all day to day activates of the dialysis centres. Motivating and leading team of Dialysis technicians.
3) Ensuring patient satisfaction and act on complaints made by them. Handling staff scheduling, timings, leave management of technicians.
4) Bringing operational issues to the notice of managers and local authorities and ensuring they are resolved on time.
5) Managing repair, maintenance and replacement of equipment, appliances & furniture through the maintenance team.
6) Submitting daily reports to the head office. Visiting the zonal office for audit purposes.
