• Devises and implements best practices in health care management to achieve leadership position in the healthcare industry in this part of the country.
• Devises and implements both short term and long term strategies of the organisation in order to achieve leadership position
• Develops long term strategies for growth, thinks globally by taking a broad view of the business and its opportunities
• Establishes organizational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements and determining quality and patient service strategies.
• Plans, directs, monitors and appraises the contribution of the doctors
• Identifies, nurtures, and channelizes the energies and strengths of the doctors and motivates them constantly.
• Develops patient care strategies by researching, observing the trends in the medical world.
• Generates reports regarding the quality of medical care and working of the medical staff. Acts as channel of communication between the management and the medical staff.
• Schedules duties of the medical staff and helps in scheduling of operating room and any other medical and paramedical services.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on working results
• Maintains and directs medical staff by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning and appraising their performances.
• Contributes to financial objectives by preparing annual medical budgets; scheduling capital expenses.
