Job Description
1.Design and develop material handling trolleys based on operational requirements.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD software for preparing, modifying, and fabrication drawings, with knowledge of fabrication design, detailing. and manufacturing processes.
3.Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication Concept Drawing
4. Ability to prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) from engineering drawings and fabrication requirements
5. Ability to read Bills of Materials (BOM) and finalize product costing based on material, fabrication, and labor requirements
6.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (KIN & GIA operations) to review, finalize, and obtain approvals for product designs, engineering drawings, and cost estimates, ensuring timely project execution and compliance with customer requirements
7.Vendor development and supplier relationship management.
8.Price negotiation and cost analysis, Purchase Order (PO) processing and procurement documentation.
9.Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective product sourcing, supplier coordination, and commercial negotiations.
10.Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports related to procurement activities, including purchase status, cost analysis, supplier performance, delivery tracking, and procurement KPIs.
