About Department
The Procurement department at TresVista contributes to the profitability of the company. The department helps streamline processes, reduce costs, and identify better sources of supply, thus improving organizational efficiency. They deal with sourcing activities, negotiation and vendor management, strategically selecting goods and services, approving corporate purchase requests, and receiving goods and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Procurement Specialist role at TresVista is a multi-faceted role requiring the individual to work closely with vendors, departments and Analysts within team
Make sure to follow the processes across all facilities and departments
Follow current procurement policies, procedures, and programs with a focus to enhance organizational value and efficiency
Collaborating with various risk management partners, such as Legal, Finance, Information Security and Compliance, to ensure
adherence to the firm's vendor management policies and procedures
Owning procurement activities including vendor strategy, business requirement scoping, sourcing, vendor development, request for proposal administration, contract renewal and analysis, pricing and contract negotiation
Assist in the procurement process from requisition through to purchase order placement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the evaluation of suppliers and conduct market research to identify potential vendors.
Help maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, prices, and terms to ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
Participate in supplier negotiations and assist in the preparation of purchase agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting future procurement needs.
Strong system skills of Coupa/ Ariba/ D365/ GEP Smart.
Sourcing (Especially PR to PO).
Creating business cases and commercial comparison.
Categories managed - Indirect IT (Hardware, SaaS, software, HR, Marketing).
Prerequisites
Good understanding of Procurement and Vendor management in indirect categories
Strong interpersonal, networking and leadership/ influencing skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with public speaking
Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
Results-oriented, a metrics-driven procurement professional with good exposure to supplier collaboration, vendor development and compliance is preferred.
Strong MS tools skills - Project Management, Outlook, Excel, pptx.
