Job Description
-
The principal role of the post is to run and develop outpatient and inpatient Neurology service, Neuro critical care, Neuro interventions
- Setting up and formalising specialist services Epilepsy clinics, Stroke units, Parkinsons disease clinics, and management of Neurodevelopmental defect will be encouraged and supported
- Coordination and close liaison with Neurosurgery and Orthopaedic & spine surgery department for effective management of Neurotrauma and spinal injuries is strongly expected
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Training (MD)in General Medicine /Paediatrics / Geriatrics
- Superspeciality (DM) Training in Neurology
- Fellowships / Subspeciality Training / Experience are preferable
Clinical Experience
- Wide experience in general adult / Pardiatric Neurology
- Sub-speciality interests management of Epilepsy / specific disorders etc are preferable.
