Job Title: Network Specialist
Location: Pune

Role Purpose
The Network Specialist will be responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the organizations global network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity across enterprise environments, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and cloud-connected systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Configure and maintain routing and switching environments
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security devices and firewalls
- Support SD-WAN deployment and operations
- Perform network monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Handle incident management, change requests, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Ensure network availability, security compliance, and documentation
- Support global network connectivity and remote site infrastructure
- Participate in network migration and upgrade projects
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching concepts
- Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Firewall configuration experience (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet)
- Knowledge of VLAN, VPN, NAT, ACL
- Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Exposure to wireless networking technologies
- Understanding of network security best practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud networking environments
- Exposure to data center networking
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools
- Certification such as CCNA / CCNP preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Networking or related field

- Strong troubleshooting ability
