Network Administrator - L2

• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade branches network in coordination with HQ Keep an eye out for needed updates in coordination with HQ Support and administer all third-party network related applications Ensure network security and connectivity in coordination with HQ Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Resolve problems reported by local Level 2 Support Team Define network policies and procedures in coordination with HQ Specify system requirements and design solutions in coordination with HQ Managing all contract aspects with our network related suppliers Preparing and presenting a monthly network/security report to the HQ
