Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle-based implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle applications (ERP/Cloud/EBS) along with proven project management skills to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle projects (ERP, EBS, or Oracle Cloud).
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Drive Agile/Waterfall project methodologies as applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with 3 5 years in project management.
• Strong experience in:
  • Oracle ERP / Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
  • Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Knowledge of:
  • Oracle modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.)
  • SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations or migrations.
• Exposure to DevOps, automation, or cloud technologies.
