Job Description
- Position Title:NC programmer- Reputed Machine Tools MNC OEM Position Type: Full time/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- 5 or more Years of NC program skill is mandatory
- Knowledge on NX
- CAD/NX- CAM & SIEMENS controller (Latest version preferable)
- Knowledge about various material, respective machining tools and it's parameter is mandatory
- Need knowledge on Program optimization (By different Strategy)
- Knowledge about Part Clamping situation, Toolpaths & collision analysis is added advantage
- Knowledge about cycle program (Siemens Cycle Preferable)
- Experience on ISO Programming is mandatory
- Hands on machine operating experience for 5-axis/4 axis milling CNC machine ,Turn mill, programming (Siemens 840D controller), Simulation software is added advantage
- Should ready to work on shifts & Flexible to work with various machine
