Job Summary:
A Multi-Skilled Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems. The role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Install, test, and commission equipment and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
