Multi Skill Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, lighting, sockets, switches, and distribution boards.
• Carry out plumbing maintenance, including pipelines, valves, faucets, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
• Attend minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and false ceiling repair works.
• Monitor and maintain DG sets, UPS, pumps, STP/WTP, and other utility equipment.
• Support maintenance of fire alarm, fire hydrant, and firefighting systems.
• Record daily maintenance activities and update logbooks and checklists.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
