About the RoleWe are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MEP) to handle day-to-day maintenance and ensure our properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Electrical, Plumbing, and basic Mechanical/HVAC maintenance.
Attend and close maintenance tickets within the given TAT.
Troubleshoot and fix issues such as wiring, lighting, leakages, drainage, pumps, etc.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
Handle basic DG, appliance, and minor repair activities.
Maintain proper records of tools, materials, and spare parts.
Coordinate with vendors when issues require external support.
Respond to resident complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Ensure common areas and property systems remain safe and functional.
2–5 years of experience in MEP, facility maintenance, or property maintenance.
Strong skills in Electrical / Plumbing / Mechanical maintenance.
Basic knowledge of HVAC is an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple maintenance requests and work under pressure.
Good communication and professional behavior.
Hands-on technical experience in coliving/property operations.
Exposure to multi-property maintenance.
