Job Description: (3 - 5 years of experience)

Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in REST Assured automation and Appium automation to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation, and possess a deep understanding of REST APIs and mobile application testing using Appium.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using REST Assured for API testing and Appium for mobile application testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Design and implement robust automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory testing, regression testing, and smoke testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
Strong proficiency in REST Assured for API automation and Appium for mobile automation.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Hands on SQL and Debugging skills
Hands on Unix commands and console debugging
