Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound movement of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.

• Oversee inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, audits, reconciliation, and performance reporting.

• Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and workflow to improve operational efficiency and ensure health safety compliance.

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams including supervisors, pickers, and packers to achieve business targets.

• Monitor and drive key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, productivity, and inventory shrinkage.

• Ensure safe handling and operation of material handling equipment (MHE).

• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, quality standards, and operational excellence.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance requirements, safety standards, and audit processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

• 6?10 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.

• Strong expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, manpower planning, and team leadership.

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational performance tracking.
