Experience in handling indirect tax litigations.Candidates should be involved in drafting advisory and litigation. Due diligence experience would be an added plus.
Good knowledge of Indirect Tax Regulations
Handled litigation at all levels
Must have handled GST Compliances
Good in Advisory and Drafting Opinions
Good Communication Skills
Independently must have handled clients
Good Knowledge of erstwhile regulations like Service Tax, VAT etc
Good knowledge of Customs and have handled customs matters
