ESSENTIAL: 2 years full time MBA/ PGDBM with specialisation in HR/ HRD Mgmt./ MSW

Desirable: LL.B as an added qualification.

MBA from a recognised university/institute with minimum CGPA of 6/10

or 3/5.

Minimum 08 years of post-qualification relevant executive-level

experience for the Manager position.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle & other regular HR processes. Responsibilities
• Leave, attendance & payroll management.
• Ensure Statutory & Legal Compliance related to HR Processes & Liasoning with the office of the Labour Commissioner, PF, ESIC.
• Provide support and advice on employee relations matters, managing the disciplinary action process.
• In charge of general administration & time office activities. Liason with Govt. Department/Local Bodies to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
