Manager - HR Business Partner

Key Knowledge & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Goal Setting, KPIs and Performance Management systems.
• Experience in Performance Evaluation/Appraisal and performance improvement initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to define and establish objectives, KRAs, and KPIs for respective roles and responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering and alignment of HR strategies with business requirements.
• Knowledge of Succession Planning, and Career Development.
• Ability to work closely with business/function heads to understand manpower requirements and organizational priorities.
• Preferably experienced in best-in-class organizations/industries with strong exposure to structured HR systems and processes.
• Good knowledge of HR policies & processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making and performance improvement.
• Good communication skills and knowledge of HR software.

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in reputed organizations and exposure to structured performance management systems, competency frameworks, talent acquisition, and objective/KRA setting will be preferred.
