Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of HR / HR Head to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our fast-growing flexible workspace company in Bengaluru. This is a leadership role responsible for driving HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Compliance, Payroll, and Learning & Development to support business growth and foster a high-performance work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR Strategy aligned with business goals
  • Oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Staffing processes
  • Drive Employee Relations, Engagement, Retention, and Organizational Culture initiatives
  • Manage Payroll, Compensation, Reward & Recognition, and Benefits programs
  • Lead Learning & Development (L&D), Training, and Workforce Development initiatives
  • Ensure full HR Compliance with Employment Law, Labour Laws, Statutory Regulations, and Data Protection policies
  • Develop and implement progressive HR Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), POSH and organizational values.
  • Provide strategic advisory and coaching to senior leadership on people management issues
  • Manage HR Systems, HRIS, Workforce Administration, and HR Budget
  • Analyze HR metrics, KPIs, trends, and prepare reports for management
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team
  • Drive initiatives for employee welfare, recognition, and positive workplace culture

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 - 6 years as HR Head, Head of HR, or HR Director
  • Proven leadership in managing full-cycle HR operations including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compliance, and L&D
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Employment Regulations, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, POSH, and Statutory Compliances
  • Experience in Real Estate, Flexible Workspaces, Co-working, or Startup environment will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret HR Data, Metrics, and KPIs
  • Demonstrated success in Organizational Culture Transformation, DEI initiatives, and Employee Engagement
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA / PG Diploma in HR preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Kannada / Hindi will be an added advantage)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS / HR Software and MS Office
