PDC:
- Budget & Forecast Preparation for Revenue& COGS
- Pricing of Parts & Accessories & updatethe same in SAP
- Profitability Analysis Carline wise, Categorywise, Supplier wise
- Incentive & Scheme Analysis for Parts &Accessories
- Analysis of Logistics Cost & Packing Cost
- Preparation of Accessories Business case if any
- Inventory monitoring Includes Aging, analysisetc.
- Debtor Aging Analysis
- Taking care of ORC business
o By Vendor monthly commission income calculation
o Raise invoice in coordination with accountingteam
- Dealer level INF Limit
o Monitor and control Dealer level limit
o VOR Order release
After Sales
- Pricing of AMC & Extended warranty program
- Analysis of Warranty/AMC & Extended warrantyprogram
- Track and Monitor Warranty/AMC/Extended warrantyInvoice and monthly claims
- Track R&R and Incentive working
Other Activities
- Coordinate and support operation team query,define nature of expense, identify GL and cost center, Budget related info,
Month Close Activity
- Month end accounting entries
- Track and Monitor After Sales GL over the monthand reclass expense if required
- Recon activity Sales register VS GL forRevenue and COGS GL
- Provision Warranty, AMC, etc
- Month Close entry Revenue and CoGS reversal
Program Budget
- Track by Function by activity spend
- Update WBS in SAP and provide to respectivestakeholder
Track actuals PR / PO / Spend over Budget
