Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager (Growth Stage)
Experience: 2-4 years | Reports to: Founder/CEO

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to support our growth in the next 3 years. The role focuses on driving financial discipline, ensuring compliance, and building scalable finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Track margins, and key business KPIs and share insights
• Build MIS dashboards for leadership
• Strengthen ERP and automate reporting

2. Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flows and working capital
• Manage receivables, payables, and liquidity planning

3. Accounting & Controls

• Oversee accounting, monthly closures, and audits
• Drive cost optimization and profitability

4. Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance
• Manage PF, ESI, payroll compliance
• Ensure timely filings of these payments

Requirements

• B com+ MBA Finance is a must have for this position
• Strong knowledge of Indian compliance
• Experience in startups/SMEs preferred
• High ownership and analytical mindset
