Qualification and Experience Required:

• Graduate in Commerce/finance or CA (Inter) (preference for a CA/CMA)

• 5+ years in Finance Accounts (preferably some of it in development sector)

• Ideal age bracket: 28 to 35Years

Key Responsibility Area:

• Preparation of budgets and monitoring of budget utilization.

• Monitoring and ensuring accuracy in project accounting.

• Prepare reports/MIS and their presentations for management reviews; supporting program teams with information and reports.

• Support in finalization of accounts, audits and compliance monitoring.

• Development and improvement of systems including tech enablement.

• Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Skills:

• Sound knowledge of MS Office especially Advanced Excel Oracle

• Sound analytical skills

• Well-versed in bookkeeping processes and end-to-end finalization of accounts

• High level of planning execution capabilities

• Should be able to work with cross function teams across all levels
