Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Plan and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals - Across Corporate Office and to other projects of company
- Manage IT infrastructure servers, networks, cloud, security systems, EPABX & CCTV
- Oversee deployment & maintenance of ERP, CRM, OKR, and enterprise software
- Handle website creation, hosting, SEO, CMS (WordPress), and supervise content updates
- Ensure data backup, antivirus, email (Google Workspace), and system security
- Coordinate with service providers for IT solutions and digital services
- Prepare and manage IT budgets and ensure policy compliance
- Train staff on IT systems, tools, and guidelines
- Monitor IT performance using analytics tools
- Implement and manage online payment systems and other digital platforms

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate with 10+ yrs of experience in handling a team of IT Networking & Infrastructure professionals at Multi level locations.
- Should be Preferably qualified in IT/ Computers.
- Preferably experienced in IT Services / Education / Manufacturing Industries, with Multilevel system handling.
