Senior Manager - Information Technology (IT) - (M3)

• Define and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with current and future business needs
• Own infrastructure, internal systems, networks, identity access, and end-user computing
• Translate business priorities into technical and operational plans; act as final escalation for IT risks and incidents
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, devices, MDM, VPNs, SaaS tools, and network/access systems
• Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, automation, and standardization to reduce risk and manual effort
• Ensure IT readiness for hiring spikes, audits, customer commitments, and new initiatives
• Own security posture and IT risk management; lead ISO, SOC, and customer audits
• Partner with Engineering, HR, Legal, and Compliance on IAM, data protection, privacy, incident response, and disaster recovery
• Lead blameless incident reviews with corrective actions
• Hire, develop, and retain IT managers and engineers; set goals, accountability, and growth plans; address performance fairly
• Build a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
• Own IT budgets (CapEx/OpEx), vendors, contracts, and cost optimization; make data-driven cost-risk- delivery trade-offs
• Communicate IT strategy, risks, and metrics to leadership; produce strategy documents, proposals, and post-incident reviews
• Influence cross-functional teams and proactively surface risks and dependencies

Requirements:

• 10 to 14+ years in IT / Infrastructure / Systems roles
• 5+ years leading multiple teams or managers
• Experience supporting SaaS or software product organizations
• Proven ownership of security and compliance initiatives
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), IAM, networking, endpoint management, and enterprise SaaS
• Ability to balance deep technical involvement with strategic oversight
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and written communication skills
• PreferredExperience scaling IT in growing organizations
• Ownership of ISO / SOC certifications
• Exposure to distributed or global teams
• Regular engagement with senior leadership or board-level stakeholders
