Job Description
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure high machine uptime and minimize production losses due to equipment failures.
- Establish maintenance schedules for all critical plant machinery and utilities.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Implement TPM, Lean Maintenance, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Monitor MTBF and MTTR metrics.
- Drive predictive maintenance through vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring techniques
