Maintenance Head

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
  
• Oversee breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, electrical maintenance, pneumatic system maintenance, hydraulic system maintenance, injection molding machine maintenance, utility maintenance, and plc programming.
  
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in plant maintenance management or a related field.
  
• Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages such as Allen Bradley or Siemens.
  
• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles and practices.
