Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- Monitor and track all work orders from release to completion to ensure smooth production flow.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve any issues causing WIP delays.
- Ensure WO status is updated accurately in SAP/MES or other planning systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose immediate countermeasures to recover output.
- Conduct daily WIP review and line walk to verify actual progress versus plan.
- Ensure priority lots and customer shipments are executed according to the production plan.
- Communicate real-time line status, risks, and recovery actions to PPC and production management.
- Supervise LC staff in shift coverage, task distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Escalate any line issues impacting shipment or target achievement promptly.
- Drive initiatives to improve line control efficiency and data accuracy.
Your Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production control or planning.
- Strong understanding of WIP flow, production scheduling, and shop floor control.
- Experience with SAP, MES, or equivalent systems is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate across departments
