Work with Purchasing/Commodity teams on supplier sourcing, selection, and evaluation.

Conduct supply chain risk assessments to ensure reliability and safety.

Lead supplier audits, qualification, and performance monitoring using systems (SAP, Lotus Notes, IQS).

Act as the main communication link between suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.

Drive system improvements and continuous quality programs to reduce cost and raise standards.

Manage supplier development initiatives and report progress.

Approve and release qualified materials/products.

Monitor and report supplier quality performance indicators.

Provide training for internal teams and suppliers.

Support compliance with standards (IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, QC080000, PPAP).

Set priorities, ensure commitments are met, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

Technical degree (Bachelor or above).

6+ years experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain roles.

Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, IATF16949).

Familiar with automotive tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Skilled in statistical and quality tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

Willing to travel worldwide.
