Legal Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence for stressed and distressed assets.
• Review loan, security, title, and litigation documents.
• Support matters related to IBC, SARFAESI, DRT, and NCLT proceedings.
• Coordinate with ARCs, Resolution Professionals, legal advisors, and valuers.
• Assist in preparation of Resolution Plans, transaction documents, and legal summaries.
• Contribute to valuation, recoverability assessment, and transaction evaluation.
• Track legal risks, enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications Experience

• LLB / Integrated Law Degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in ARCs, NBFCs, insolvency, restructuring, or distressed assets.
• Strong understanding of IBC, SARFAESI, security enforcement, and restructuring frameworks.
• Exposure to distressed real estate or large-ticket asset transactions preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
