Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics excellence, translate data into strategic insights, and lead high-impact analytics initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives, from requirement gathering to insight delivery and stakeholder presentation.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and leadership teams to define data-driven strategies and KPIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and best practices across analytics workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Work with large, complex datasets to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Education Experience:
- Bachelor s or masters degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience working in SaaS, ERP, or EdTech domains is a strong plus.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
Skills Competencies:
- Strong expertise in SQL , Excel , and data querying techniques.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and automation (preferred).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
- Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.
